Return and Exchange Policy for Urban Hairs

At Urban Hairs, we are committed to providing you with exceptional hair products. We understand that your satisfaction is important, and we have developed the following return and exchange policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience:

1. Returns: We accept returns of damaged product delivered or different product delivered. If you receive a product from Urban Hairs that is still in its original packaging and you wish to exchange it, please follow the instructions below.

2. Eligibility: To be eligible for a exchange, the product must be in its original condition and unused. Exchange request will only be accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.

3. Exchange Process: If you would like to initiate a Exchange, please contact our customer support team via email (cs@urbanhairs.com). Provide them with your order details, including the purchase date and product information. Our team will guide you through the return process.

IMP - Refunds will be processed in case you have received wrong product only. 

4. Return Shipping: Please return the product at the address shared or we will arrange reverse pickup , once we receive the product, the exchange will be initiated. 


5. Inspection and Exchange: Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets the exchange policy criteria, we will process an exchange of the same product.
Our customer support team will assist you in selecting a suitable replacement. If the desired product is out of stock, we will provide you with store credit or offer an alternative solution.


6. Exclusions: We regret that we cannot accept returns or provide exchanges for products that have been used or tampered . Additionally, returns will only be accepted for products purchased directly from Urban Hairs websites or salons.

7. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will promptly assist you in resolving the issue by arranging for a replacement, depending on the circumstances.
