The exchange or return of the product will not be accepted after 3 days of product delivered.
Our refund and exchange policy allows for a one-time return or exchange per product.

1. What is the return/exchange period?
As long as the hair extensions are in the same condition as they were shipped out, we accept returns/exchanges for all standard products within 3 days of your receiving the package. We don't accept returns or exchanges on hair accessories and hair tools.
2. How do I know if my package is qualified for a return/exchange?
We accept returns or exchange requests if the following conditions are met:
A) The goods must be in the same condition as they were when shipped out. We will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed).
B) It should not be a customized product.
C) If your product is eligible for return/exchange, Urban Hairs will arrange a reverse pickup and process it at the earliest (subject to reverse pickup availability at the pincode).
3. How do I process my return/exchange?
If you want to return or exchange an item, you will need to message our customer support number with order ID and the issue faced– +91 92059 00544 or email us at cs@urbanhairs.com.
4. Do I pay for the shipping of my returns/exchange?
No, Urban Hairs will arrange for a reverse pickup at no additional charge.
5. When will I receive my refund?
As soon as we receive the package, the product(s) will undergo a quality check. If the returned products pass the quality check, we will issue store credits for the same amount or we will exchange for another product.
